“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this facility. While the students who collected the patient history were polite and professional, the staff, particularly the receptionist, were rude—not only to the patient but also to their own interns, and this was done in front of the patient. There was no follow-up appointment provided, and they failed to send the patient records as promised. If you care about your loved ones, I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place. Finding the right mental health care provider can be difficult, but this is certainly not the right choice for anyone. I initially visited this facility despite seeing some negative reviews, thinking they might be isolated cases. Unfortunately, I was wrong—this place is truly unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.”

“I finally made the call to get screened for ADHD after YEARS of putting it off. I have left 2 messages on the new patient line, it's been 2 weeks total. After one week of no call back, I tried again. They say they call within 2 business days, well it's been 9 now. So very disappointed.”

“Dr, Ajluni is an amazing doctor, he is easy to get an appointment with and will call me if I request a call right away. He is very helpful and listens to all my concerns. I would highly recommend him. Mia at the front desk is also amazing and always helpful. She is so nice to my son and he loves to see her when we go in to the office.”

“Perfect example of a one person ruing it for everyone else! I had to deal with Mia Huff front desk. OMG she 's such a careless, incompetent and rude representative, I hope the business will do something significant about it! On another note the manager, Jenifer was more than kind , helpful and willing to fix Mia's mistakes. Dr Kara is also a very nice person, knowledgeable doctor and great with kids, I recommend the practice so far, and I hope they will do something about their problems so I can change my review to 5 stars!
