“I made an appointment to have some tests done during my lunch hour. When I arrived I had to wait, when I was finally seen they were not able to finish my examination. They stated they had a mandatory meeting everyone had to attend and I would have to wait at least an hour before they could finish. I explained I had to get back to work however that did not matter, so I left! I do NOT understand how you would schedule appointments that you can not keep due to a scheduled mandatory meeting?!?! If I was going to take some time out of my work day I would have drove home to my primary doctor. I will never go there again! I would not have even given them 1 start however, it would not let me post without it.”

“Half of my experience was good and the other half very very poor. I have 7 herniated diss in my back and some compressing on my spinal cord. Part of my visit was to get my handicap plate for my car but the corrupt quack, Carr, couldn't be bothered with paperwork! As a result, I made more paperwork for him. When I went in and asked for my Consent to Treat and freshly signed pain contract the two office "people" wouldn't release them to me so a "doctor" came walking up front and I was like "Hey doc, they won't release my consent to treat and pain contract will you get it for me." He did finally come back with them and I tore them up in front of him. In reply I got "I'm sorry." I'm sure he was! I mean what ever will they do without allll the money they would earn from me? Don't go here! Just more corrupt money grubbing quacks!”

“I guess I'll just keep checking in to psychiatric hospitals for the rest of my life and hoping that my family starts to give a shit about me again start loving me again because nobody loves me I'm always alone.”

“This place has definitely helped me. I enjoy The classes and group's I attend. I have no problem bringing my children to this place we are all treated with respect and dignity.ive been going to tolan park for a year and a half and I give it four out of five stars”
