What patients say on Google
“Very unprofessional. Dumped us as clients after 1 visit and didn't offer a referral or explanation.”
“Jenna is amazing kind great match for our son”
“If I could give negative stars I would. This place set my son up for appointments every Wednesday and they called and changed it to Thursdays. After a few appointments had gone by we showed up to his next appointment and were told he didn't have one and didn't show to have one the following week. So we left and after a couple phone calls we found out he was removed from the schedule because of "no shows" which never happened. I tried telling them that their information was wrong and he had been to every appointment but they didn't believe me or even care to try and find out what happened. Eventually we finally got another appointment for today. When we arrived we were told we had to pay $25 for the appointment and $100 for "no shows" and if we didn't pay the $25 his appointment would be canceled. I was never told about charges and therefore didn't bring money so guess what, they canceled it. I checked my son out of school and made the trip to their office for no reason and we do not live close. Also, the young lady at the front counter is a very rude and disrespectful person who should NOT have a career helping people who need counseling. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They aren't in business to help others, they are only MONEY HUNGRY.”
“Therapist was amazing!!! My kids and I have never felt more comfortable!! The staff however like to tell you it costs one amount and then 9 months later....yes i said NINE months they hit you with a large bill. I can't help but think this is fraud but at the very least it's morally wrong!!! I would never have gone somewhere that costs over $200 per person (I took three kids) I was very upfront about that and that's when they assured me it was just 45/person so I went...I will not be back not because of the amazing Therapist but because of the office staff who lied to my face and then changed their minds almost a year later”
