What patients say on Google
“Called for advice on how do deal with my father with dementia. The person I spoke was very unhelpful and even combative. This time is very difficult and frustrating and they made it much much worse.”
“I have been with this place for 3 months. Absolutely horrific. They do NOT care about anyone. I have to call over 5x for their mistakes they dont ever call back. Nurses on call i am told cant call me. What? Isn't that their job? The pharmacy connected ia the geona pharmacy who is incompetent. I asked for over a month n still not resolved to call in thr non generic medication for me because I have lupus n this gwrneic was giving me hor flashes n heat rash n making me drowsy which does not happen with my other medication ive been on for years but geona ONLY carries weird overseas generics that affect my lupus. They made me make a police report for my allergic reaction n geona n cmh both claimed they didnt need it. They cant fit me in for over 6 weeks between appointments n it should be 4 weeks. They are mad at me for their mistakes n refuse to address it ia their incompetentcy and mistakes. I do NOTTT want to use geona pharmacy and u called in the wrong dose. N they say their is nothing they can do. So by the time my appointment hot 6 weeks after I still do not have mt meda for Dec. So 2 weeks more I gotta wait to they MADE me go without my medicine with a diagnosis they gave me for 7 weeks by the time I talk to the dr Can anyone make this make sense? Call my meds the tight dose with no generics like i asked on dec 3rd. Yall r incompetent, uneducated, dont right wrongs n blame patients for ur own inaccurate explanations. I am highly stressed in a RICO custody case acting as my own lawyer in a other state n im arguing with a mental health facility about medication ive taken for years. They need to be audited and weed out the incompetent folks. I've been to enough doctors to realize they don't follow through or follow any conduct of providing Healthcare without making the patient completely fed up frustrated. I feel they like to make patients mad at this point. God forbid someone on state aid isn't ad competent as me and couldn't advocate for th3mselves...they probably take more advantage of them then me. They are liars who can't help. Nurses on call day they cant call. They need to be looked into They have too many patients if u can't get me in for an allergic reaction for over 6 weeks. Someone do something!!!!!!!!!”
“I'm anti social so when I have an episode calling them is not a good idea,u must be calm so being disabled isn't allowed I have been incarcerated once for three days and have a criminal record for calling 911 so do not call if u have a psychotic that's not allowed.”
“Not very professional these days. Case workers are supposed to be in touch once a month and don't. The nurse practitioner won't call when it comes to virtual calls and will say you missed a call. They don't follow up with you for crap. It's a shame because they used to be more professional.”
