“The people on the PACT team are very decent, mild mannered, measured, and reasonable. I have fussed at them over and over, and they always handle it well. They are very well organized and give you a schedule very week to tell you when your appointments are. Peer support and A&D support are especially helpful to me. I don't suffer from any major addictions, but A&D support listens, sends positive text messages everyday, and tries to give me a more realistic, positive perspective. Peer support tries to help me reach my goals and also gives me information on important topics. I do not reach my goals, but that is because I am irresponsible. The PACT nurses are always great with positive attitudes, as are the therapists. I shall always be team PACT. Keep on preventing hospitalizations. Y'all are doing a great job.”
