“Let’s start with them falsifying being transgender and lgbt friendly. For starters this agency doesn’t have gender neutral bathrooms and try’s to enforce in housing that transgender folks share spaces with their assigned gender on their id marker and when said trans folks which has happened many times are assaulted or bullied by there roommates they kick the trans person out too make money because they don’t want to offer a single room to transgender folks for there safety. The counseling or Caleo is awful. They don’t even have a med prescriber. They have a lot of money now that ascend bought them out and they refuse to fix any of there dump buildings. People attempt to go to Bhsn but, they can’t get in due to large waiting lists. Just saying I don’t recommend this agency”
