“I called to schedule an appointment with counselor. This person didn’t give me information as to their availability or anything else. I was asked all of my personal information and was told they’d get back with me after they contacted my insurance. I am very concerned because I gave personal information and have not heard from the counselor. I would expect more from a professional. At least a call back explaining why or why not I could get an appointment. I also left a message with another person there informing them of the situation, telling of my concern and asking for assistance, but nothing. This is a very unprofessional organization.”
