Heather is Dr. Walter’s longtime Assistant, who never misses a beat! She is extremely organized, prompt, thorough & very friendly! I appreciate the professional work completed in tandem, between both! Heather is the friendly voice who greets the patient first, on the phone. In all these years, there hasn’t been one time I’ve EVER had to wait for a Rx Med to be called into my pharmacy- unheard of in Today’s busy tech world!
