How likely are you to recommend Wake Counseling - Therapists Holly Springs?
What patients say on Google
“I was never one to consider therapy but after finally deciding to try it I am extremely happy with the level of service and care I've gotten from Warren Gibbs. He has helped me in many ways work on myself and get to a better place. I can't recommend him enough he has a true and deep care for his patients.”
“If I could give this place a zero I will totally do so! Please do not come here completely waste of your, time, and money. I have been working with Therapist for a few years and I have never been treated so poorly other than this place. If you still decided to come here please choose anyone else other than my therapist, Sarah Rathbun. She asked me to released my old records from my old therapy and I asked her to help me out for the categories that she needs and sent her an email 2 days before our session. In my email, I also asked her what's the address and fax number. She didn't have those information ready during our session which means she didn't even read my email before the session. She keep telling me if she needs to send me the email it will cost her more work to do. Sounds familiar 🤔. Sounds like a patient's problem not a therapist to patient?! She also said everything I said above is my opinion. First time ever in my life working with a therapist would tell me that's your opinion!!! Which means it's not valued to her. At the end, I reached out to the office and requested for a different provider in the group they canceled my appointment without telling me! So I drive 30 minutes from Raleigh to Holly Spring. And waited there for 1 hour and got nothing done. They also can't give me the refunds for my sessions when I got nothing done. Wasting a bunch of time, energy, and money. Save yourself a good life going somewhere else will be the best option for you where you don't need to argue with Therapist! This place is God awful!!!”
“The staff is extremely friendly, quick to respond to questions, and helps us understand the process. I would highly recommend a therapist in this practice as each has their own niche instead of trying to be generalist. I was paired with a therapist who ended up being amazing and helped me resolve some childhood grief and improve my relationships.”
“I was really nervous about starting therapy and thought about it for a very long time before finally trying during last year as my anxiety skyrocketed during covid. I was hesitant to try teletherapy but my therapist was patient and helped me ease into getting comfortable. She challenged me in a loving and supportive way that helped me push my fears and irrational thoughts to have some control over my anxiety.”
