What patients say on Google

“So my husband and I took our autistic son for his appointment here today. The lady who scheduled us was nice. Front desk was pleasant. Then we met Jennifer Thorsen whom we were very impressed with. Her office is super cool, which I thought probably appeals to kids. She was so nice and listened to our concerns and made good recommendations for our son. She was really nice to him too. We felt that she was really good for us, so we decided to keep seeing her rather than the other psychiatrist office we were taking him to. The wait WAS kinda long, but I didn't really think it was too terrible. I work for a specialist whose wait time is 4-5 hours and we maybe waited an hour, hour and a half? Not too bad. And I understand first visits anywhere take much longer than follow ups anyway.”

“My daughter is a patient of Dr Jennifer Thorsen Rideout. We absolutely love her. She is very patient and kind and made a big difference in her medication regimen. She asks a lot of good questions that helped my 14 year open up to what she genuinely needed help with and what to truly focus on. Not only has she been a great fit for us medically, her little office is so warm and inviting. I’d highly recommend as a provider for anyone of any age”

“I love this office they are so flexible and work with your schedule. Dr. THORSEN is so caring and patient. She has done wonders for me and my family!”

“I will never visit this clinic again. Nurse Cathy is very rude, nasty, and blatantly disrespectful over the phone. I had been requesting Nurse Cathy to submit a prior auth request, and she kept brushing me off saying that she would get to it. MONTHS LATER the prior auth was still NEVER filed. I ended up leaving V&S, searching for a clinic and provider that actually show compassion and competence. The providers and staff here are also unwilling to accommodate patients based on insurance parameters. Horrible experience here. There’s good reason this clinic does not have even a 3 star rating. Take heed to the warnings. I would leave 0 stars if I could!”
