How likely are you to recommend Virtual Psychiatric Care?
What patients say on Google
“I do not recommend this company to anyone especially someone who is trying to seek therapy or psychiatric care. I was needing to find another psychiatrist and stab due to what happened with my last one and in doing so I had reached out to this company and I was able to book an appointment and I did. My appointment was yesterday met with the provider via Zoom and the initial consultation, we left it at the end of the appointment as she will get back to me she would send me some papers. I feel that all the paperwork I had got an email saying they wanted to get my medical records my previous psychiatrist and in small letters it said that if I decide to revoke doing that it wouldn't cause your problems that it wouldn't hurt or jeopardized my Care at all. So I revoked it for reasons. I get another email this morning saying that they are terminating my care due to me revoking their access to my medical records. I know I'm not the only person that has revoked before and they lied to me saying that it wasn't going to hurt my chances at being seen by them because I revoked it. So they lied to me, instead of reaching out to me personally they sent me an email. The way they run business totally unacceptable and I do not suggest this company at all please go elsewhere if you're seeking care. HORRIBLE BUSINESS”
“Dr.Davis is the best doctor I’ve ever had. The whole team at VSee clinic is responsive, helpful, and make sure I get the medications I need to properly function. Thank god I found such an easy way to take care of my medication needs and found great council for deciding what medications best fit my needs in general”
“First appointment they scheduled me with someone who at the end of the very long debriefing appt, told me they were leaving the practice. So why schedule me with someone who is leaving and make me waste my time? Also, the next Dr they scheduled me with NEVER listened to me. Never changed my meds for like 6+ months just kept increasing/decreasing the dose. I dont understand how the staff who does the scheduling and the doctors have no common sense.”
“My doctor was great, but their billing department needs more education! At first they kept saying my visit wasn't covered when I verified for myself with my insurance prior to making my appointment. I've had several appointments, all covered by my insurance. Then the most recent appointment they emailed 20 minutes prior to the appointment telling me I had to pay over a hundred dollars as the provider was out of network! I verified again with my insurance they were in-network and 100% covered. Emailed the billing department back, that they needed to check their info, and instead of checking their info they cancelled my appointment!!!”
