“So I absolutely love my therapist and jasmine up front. But anytime jasmine is not in no one answers the phone for her so I don’t get a response back until the following day. I really believe someone should fill in for her for urgent needs like I had yesterday.”
“Good luck getting ahold of anyone here. I’ve been calling for 4 DAYS, probably called close to 12 times, have left multiple voicemails, & STILL cannot get ahold of anyone! They’re listed as closing at 5, doors are locked at 4:30 & if you call it says they’re closed then too. The actual doctor is kind & the nurses are friendly in person, but the communication & management here is SERIOUSLY lacking. I should’ve known when I showed up at my first appointment, I called ahead to let them know I was running a few minutes behind because of a major wreck on Highway 41, they turned me away & said they couldn’t fit me in because it would take too long to fill out my paperwork (the same paperwork I filled out online prior to my appointment.) I need to update about my medication weekly & now I’m out of meds & still can’t contact anyone. This is RIDICULOUS”
“As I type this, it is 2:22 PM. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30. Probably not a good idea to place a QR code linking to your reviews in your treatment room... Support staff - front desk and intake nurse - were wonderful otherwise!”
“I had to have an “evaluation” done despite already have had one there previously. After arriving on time and answering their questions, and taking the drug test I waited in a room for roughly 30 minutes before the lady even connected. The whole visit took almost 2 hours total. Once connected, she went over everything that changed, which was nothing. She asked what I was struggling with the most (anxiety). She proceeded to say she was going to re-diagnose me with the same things I’m already diagnosed with. She focused on the diagnosis that I’m not currently struggling with the most (so she didn’t prescribe me meds to focus on the anxiety I’m dealing with) She instead prescribed me a medication that she had to look up in her book because she didn’t know what it exactly worked for, and that medication causes migraines (which she knew I took medication for!!) and that medication is solely for the diagnosis I'm not even struggling with. Then she wanted me to leave and have about 7 different labs ran after the evaluation to rule out things that could be causing the anxiety. Why would you diagnose someone without this, if you need this to rule things out? Better yet, if you are already re-diagnosing something you already previously diagnosed and nothing has changed, why would you need this? Insurance scam in my opinion. Now I’m stuck with a high bill for absolutely zero help. There’s a reason why this place accepts every one and has a short wait list. Scam. Avoid at all costs!”
