“I had a very good experience. I felt like she listened. I have a bit of a hearing deficit which I did not share with her. Sometimes it was difficult for me to hear what she said. The couch is located behind the area where she is seated at her computer, so sometimes her back was turned. Only on occasion was her back turned when she asked a question, and that’s when I had a hard time hearing. I really didn’t think I was going to leave there with a prescription because of my age. I didn’t know there were other medication’s, other than ones I would be too scared to take. To be honest I’m a little concerned about starting this one, but I want to try. I’m hopeful that maybe it will make a difference for me. I would also like to end by adding that I felt like she was empathetic, and that it wasn’t a forced empathy. I have been seeing a counselor of my own for a while, however, they don’t accept Medicare. The testing was really costly and I was pretty much giving up on having it done until I found this facility”
