“Adolescent providers quit with little to no notice; trying to chase down replacements with the same agency is nearly impossible. One replacement provider could not remember my child’s name after four months of treatment, not whether or not my child had been at the last telemedicine appointment. (She had been, provider didn’t think so.) I’m not sure if they’re just overscheduled or what, but absolutely subpar and do not recommend. Had a hard time getting my child to try another provider after this experience.”
