“I have two children that have been treated here. We never had an issue with the counselors there or any policies that they may have in house or not. They go over everything at intake with you and explain everything then and there. Our most recent experience has been with Michael. He is understanding, empathetic and truly seems dedicated to seeing my child on the road to mental well-being. I think they are great!!”

“The reviews are spot on- Its worth checking out but if you don't like your counselor then you just have to leave. The administration will never take the patient's word or feelings over the counselor's, and if you get a counselor willing to lie to preserve their image, you're going to have a miserable time. I know I did. I also know people who recommended it to me who said they loved their counselor. You cant paint the place with a broad brush as good or bad, instead its a gamble but you only get to make it once. If you dont get a good hand, fold and find another table.”

“After a few appts with one of their psychiatrist, i was unhappy with his services for my little boy. I requested another psychiatrist there, however they refused us to see anyone else. After fighting this for months, they finally told me its against their policy for someone to see a different doctor once assigned to one. I did not know this policy before hand. When i asked to review the policies, they told me that their policies are not for the public, they are for in house only. Please be advised of this before taking your child or yourself to this facility. My child is now not receiving medical care for his neurological disorder as we wait on an extensive waiting list at another facility. Very disheartening”

“The secretarys dont care beyond scheduling. I asked 4 times in a month to get my records sent else where.provided everything they needed. Still not done. Med issues. Not taken care of in timely matter. Spare your kid and dont go.”
