“Ms. La Tonya Walker was the most unprofessional and harmful therapist I have ever encountered. Her lack of compassion and integrity made an already difficult situation even more distressing. Instead of providing support, she caused me additional emotional trauma through her callous behavior and poor communication. She also unauthorizedly charged my card for an issue with a copay mistake that her office admitted was their fault, then manipulated the cancellation fee to force me to cover her error when I requested a refund. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue respectfully, she disregarded my concerns and proceeded with the charge. The experience left me feeling violated, unheard, and deeply unsettled. PCG must do better in ensuring their therapists are truly qualified to support vulnerable clients.”
