“My son would've been 3 years in session in october. I loved here. Owner is sweet, watched their business grow into something bigger and better. I had worked with my fears and left my son in clinic to recieve therapy. It took a year, but we did it. They do feel like you have no option when they recommend a service. Mind you, i was always consistent with every recommendation. The one i didn't feel comfortable with a service (i was not comfortable because i have recieved neglect from providers) they gave me no option but to discharge or accept their 'medically necessary' recommendation. All i did was express it to my technician (who is a god sent and my son absolutely adores.) Long story short expressing my concerns with both of the meeting i had with the supervisors was considered 'unethical' even when there isn't a specific rule against it. Due to one comment i expressed my son' technician was taken off his service. A technician who was with him for 2+ years. My son and her had an amazing bond and he had thrived with her. Mind you removing her off his service for 1 comment seemed unreasonable for me. There has to be so much more to it behind close doors. They just used this as a way to retaliate. The only one who suffers from this is my son. He loves his therapist. It's been almost a week since he hast seen her and all he ever does is ask for her. I know he can always adjust in the future, but i didn't expect it to be now. Overall, we loved our son's technician, the front desk staff, the owner, even some technician we met on our way out. My son is a social butterfly because of all of them. I love the care i have recieved, but i hate the way things were decided in the last two months. My son deserved better than that.”
