What patients say on Google

“I have ADHD combined type and decided to pursue my MBA. I visited Dr. Martin so I could go back on Adderall. The intake appointment was easy, and I did not feel like I was being interrogated. I brought documentation confirming my diagnosis and left with a prescription for Adderall. As someone who is also diagnosed with MDD and PTSD, I wasn't very excited to have to deal with a psychiatrist again. In my historical experience, the conversations rarely remain focused on ADHD, and I walk away with a doctor pushing to prescribe me more medication than I would like. That was not my experience with Dr. Martin. It was refreshing to feel like I had control over the conversation. I appreciated that the appointment was focused only on the issue I was asking to be addressed. Dr. Martin and the front desk staff seem like warm and kind people. It is hard to judge someone based off one interaction, but I will continue to use Dr. Martin's office to medicate my ADHD as long as I need.”

“Victoria Martin is an absolute GODDESS. I'm sorry, but I just do now know how else to explain her sheer and absolute magnificence. She has excellent 'bedside manner' and really makes me feel heard. Whenever I need paperwork signed, John ensures it gets to her desk at lightning speed. And whenever I have a question about a medication, Dr. Martin always indulges me and gets into the nitty gritty science (which I love), and she ensures that no question was left unanswered. With Dr. Martin, you truly and genuinely feel as though you have a doctor who has your best interest in mind, someone in your corner. That's a pretty rare thing nowadays. I am a patient for life, Dr. Martin!”

“Dr. Martin was my physician as a child, she was wonderful in dealing with my ADHD diagnosis and would not quit until we had a treatment plan that worked. When I realized my son also had ADHD I sought her out once again. She has been amazing. I am a nurse who works with physicians on a daily basis and I am impressed with her bedside manner.”

“Dr. Martin is so amazing. She asks how she can help you. It is so hard to find affordable mental health care (in Texas) and I have no idea, especially for adults with ADHD. That is the only thing I wish was more affordable. Adhd can be just as hard to go through as depression which you can get "help" for depression for free. Anyway she listened to me and she was so easy to be honest with. I have liver failure so I'm limited to what I can take. I told her all my problems and she said, have you tried taking more of what you have? I said no I thought it was to be take as perscribed. She said you have liver failure. You can't process the active ingredient as easily with someone that has a regular liver Plus you don't have a gallbladder Plus you don't have a gallbladder. I have wondered that for I don't even know how many years. Anyway the first visit is pricey but then its phone appointment every three months for a decent price I live an hour away so that was awesome. If you had. Bad experience then you must of been there for something else”
