What patients say on Google

“Very attentive to my needs recently. Nurse Jennifer was able to pass along what I needed securely to resolve my request in a timely fashion. I have left Bloomington , but I still regard this VA location in high esteem. I am still receiving care and assistance regardless of relocating to an estate. My doctor was very transparent about needing copious amount of time to complete my VA forms. He did deliver when I needed the most and I appreciate that.”
Happy Mr Farmer
“Overall my experiences have been good and professional. They have been flexible with my schedule but they have rescheduled several times. Luckily I live close. They have a women’s’ Veterans group that meets once a week which is cool.”
Faith & Family Resiliency
“Took a day off work and drove an hour and half to be told 10 minutes prior to arrival they have to reschedule and the earliest date is a month and a half away. Unacceptable.”
