“Trying to set an appointment is horrible. I called the front desk to tell them I didn’t receive the link for my appointment and she turned around and said we sent it check again but I inform I check all of my inbox and my junk mail and I don’t see it. Instead of resending the link she hung up the phone and when I called back no answer. This is the worst if you are need of med management appt as you don’t have a direct way to email your provider directly to inform them. Front desk needs to go on a retrain for customer service.”

“Dr. Kennedy is absolutely wonderful. He listens carefully, asks questions if necessary and is very down to earth. I have not been here for about 5-7 years. The front desk and reception area has dramatically improved due to a change in personnel who seem to be genuinely interested and concerned about their patients overall health and are polite, knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile. They always answer any questions or concerns, treat you with respect, remind you of appointments and honor your privacy rights. Love it!😄”

“If you really need help DON’T COME HERE. They have not had a psychiatrist physically in the office in over 6 months. There staff seems to up and quit very often. I have been speaking with a psychiatrist through Skype, who stated himself he really couldn’t help me because he was not going to be working there permanently. I am currently 8 1/2 months pregnant and they have changed my therapist & psychiatrist twice within that time. You are unable to make appointments because they don’t have doctors to take you. If you need a prescription filled they act like you are a problem, and it will take days sometimes weeks for anyone to get in contact with you. After waiting for an appointment with a psychiatrist for two months, they just called me today and told me they have hired a psychiatrist and I had to come in tomorrow. I made them aware that I would not have transportation and my only option would be to walk 4 miles there and back at 8 1/2 months pregnant. I was told that did not matter and if I did not come in I would be considered a no show and be dropped from the program. Also if I wanted to reschedule I could not get an appointment until the end of March. I can not wait until then because I will run out of medication by then and that could affect my pregnancy/baby. Please go anywhere else except here so you can get the care you need and deserve. This place is short staffed and unprofessional.”
