“I've been with Vesta for over 2 years now and I can honestly say my therapist is amazing and my psychiatrist Moriliat is a breath of fresh air. I have been struggling with my mental health since I was 14 years old and I've been through many therapist/psychiatrist because I will advocate for myself if I feel as though I'm not receiving the treatment that's necessary to maintain my mental well-being especially because I am a mother first. Since being with Vesta, they have helped me with maintaining my mental health and although it was a process, they heard me and assisted me every time I expressed concerns when I felt like things weren't working and made sure I set achievable goals for myself to keep me motivated with continuing to improve my mental health.”

“I'm having difficulty coping with life. I finally worked up the nerve and reached out to Vesta for help. I submitted my online referral application 2 weeks ago on Sunday, May 22nd. I've called twice, left voicemails, and contacted them via email since then. Needless to say, I have yet to hear back. Sadly, incidents such as this is why so many lose hope and give up. May they RIP. Whomever is struggling with their mental health, stay strong, and reach out. There are compassionate, professional counseling centers out there that will actually acknowledge potential patients. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I've been more than reasonable. Two weeks is plenty of time for someone to have gotten back with me by now. I had to rate one star in order to leave a review. UPDATE: I was contacted by Vesta two days after posting my initial review, go figure. I was informed that I would receive paperwork via email to complete in order to schedule an in-take appointment. I was also told I needed to submit my insurance card which I did the following day. Yet again, two weeks later, I have not heard back. Vesta, my question to you is, why bother calling when you have zero intention on following through? Smfh. This business is straight trash.”
