“I am so thankful for doctor Dalai, he literally saved my life. So very easy to talk to and if a medication isn’t working well for you he never has a problem trying something else, while giving you the option of what you would like to do instead of pushing what he wants on you. I’ve never had a problem getting refills of medication, and if it does get to a point where I’ve forgotten to call early and it’s urgent I get my medication filled quickly he is always open to you calling the office, and I get my refill quickly! Speaking of calling the office, if you feel the need to speak to him before your next visit he is also open to you calling and either coming in or a video chat sooner! Thank you so much Dr. Dalai & staff for making me feel like I am a person & my thoughts & feelings matter. I’ve never felt this way before with doctors. I literally owe my life to you. “Do not use this office if you will be taking prescription drugs. They put my wife on Adderall and then would take a week to send the prescription so she would go days without it, and calling didn't help so she eventually just stopped trying to get it and would deal with the ADHD. She was also put on Paxil, an anti-depressant SSRI, something anyone working in this field should know that you cannot just abruptly cut someone off of! After over a year of taking Paxil they randomly refused to send the prescription to be filled and my wife couldn't get it. She had a mental breakdown 2 days later after we called twice to get something done. They did not care. This office, and especially the girl who answers the phones does not care about the well-being of their patients. I do not recommend anyone who is serious about their mental health to go here. The mental health hotline agreed that this office did NOT handle this correctly and is the reason for the mental break down.”
