“The only positive part about this treatment center is that Melissa is no longer a part of it. Kate forces patients in their 20s to talk about their trauma in detail in front of 15 year olds. This treatment center’s entire business model is shaming both adolescents and their parents in front of each other. They consistently break HIPAA. I would never recommend this program to anyone who I cared about. Proved my point in your reply. So many words yet zero self accountability! That’s on brand though.”

“My child went here for IOP services. We had child services called on us repeatedly. And yes, it was all unfounded. My child started trusting her therapist "Shana" and then after almost a year, we were told my child needs more care and she can't see her anymore. This was the only therapist my daughter has ever opened up too. I received an email not even a phone call. My child felt completely abandoned by this so called "professional".”
