“In the almost 30 years I have been dealing with my mental health issues I have met different doctors and been in plenty of doctors offices for my mental health.I can honestly say that Valor Health is the best. I can always get in touch with the staff when I need to speak with someone. There have been 2 instances where I needed medicine and Dr. Ololade called me back in 5 minutes and called in the medicine for me at my pharmacy. I am so glad that this office was referred to me!!”

“I've been going here since 2023. Their billing system is needlessly complicated, it switched from paypaling whoever owns this company to billing through their website, which is always broken or down. It makes it impossible to pay your bill, which is the most important thing to them. You are texted links with inactive links to pay your bill. I have missed so many appointments because their billing system did not work and they would not meet with me if the bill was unpaid. I have had issues with other medication managers not filling my prescription in time and not giving me the correct amount/dosage. I was told that this would not be an issue with Valor Health. Nope! It is an issue I have every single month. My own provider asks me every single session which medications I am taking and how much. She doesn't know the dosages or the names of the medications, she is relying on me to tell her. I have never had a professional and helpful interaction with these providers. If you're having mental health issues they go oh thats too bad, we don't know how to help you. They are ill-informed on potential different medications that may help you and the only thing they do is shill prescriptions. On top of this, every single time I have an appointment, I am texted an intake form. They make me fill out an intake questionnaire every time I meet with them, which is every month. This is ridiculous and unnecessary busywork. You should have my background on file. I shouldn't have to tell YOU how to treat me. I would NOT recommend Valor Health to anyone and suspect that most of these reviews were written by employees and family members of the owner. EDIT: their website started working again, I paid my bill, scheduled an appointment, and then on the day of the appointment the provider didn't show up. I was given no reasoning and there was zero communication from Valor. You guys cannot play with peoples health like this. This is a serious job, start acting like it.”
