How likely are you to recommend Valor Behavioral Health?
“I had an incredible experience with Dr. Przybyla at Valor Health. She was so easy to talk to, and for the first time in a long time, I walked away from an evaluation with real clarity about what I’ve been going through — and genuine hope. She explained everything in simple, compassionate terms and helped me understand that what I’m experiencing is treatable. What meant the most was our second conversation, where she gave me a roadmap for how to start finding my way back to myself. I didn’t expect that level of care, but it made all the difference. She also completed my VA evaluation within two business days, which was crucial for my claim. I also want to recognize Shelly, who followed up not just to check on the service, but to check on me. That kind of care is rare and deeply appreciated. My only disappointment is that I couldn’t retain Dr. Przybyla as my therapist — because if I could, I absolutely would. With Valor Health, you are truly in good hands.”
“My experience at valor behavioral center was incredible . This comes from someone who has been other places and had bad experiences. If you use the right mindset you will do well. Staff is excellent. The community is excellent. Valor was probably the best decision I've ever made. Thanks to all involved in my treatment.”
“First off, it wasn't a terrible experience. Most of the therapists were kind and empathetic. I felt a few of them need additional work setting aside their own issues to not personalize the care referring back constantly to their own experience. My biggest issue came to discharge. I was not properly supported when I was ready to leave. I expect a better approach in making sure clients have a defined plan of action after departing the program. First. the case manager did not follow through on what she told me she would provide in terms of paperwork and resources. I reached out via email to the clinical director (my therapist) 3 business days later and heard nothing. I called 4 business days later and asked for the clinical director to reach out to me with guidance on individual care. That did not happen. The case manager gave me an excuse that "there was a lot going on"... My question is why was MY care and recovery put in jeopardy and my case discarded immediately when I said I was ready for my next step?”
