What patients say on Google

“Been seeing Dr. Wally for a number of years. His schedule is always flexible. His team is great- especially Kim. Every time I call & Kim answers- I know all is good & my questions will be answered. 100% recommend this office to anyone in need.”

“I’m grateful that my family and I finally got the care we truly needed — something that only became possible once we left this psychiatrist’s care. Our experience was characterized by a lack of diagnostic rigor, excessive and inappropriate prescriptions (often brand-name and high-cost), and an approach that felt more financially motivated than patient-centered. We were concerned by the immediate prescribing of stimulants without proper testing, followed by the use of antipsychotics for issues that didn’t warrant them. Billing issues paled in comparison to the deeper ethical concerns. On top of this, he often imposed personal religious and cultural views in ways that felt judgmental and disconnected from true empathy. I later spoke with someone currently earning their degree in psychiatry who mentioned this doctor as a cautionary tale — an example of what new professionals should avoid becoming. That conversation affirmed our instincts. There are many qualified, compassionate professionals out there. In our case, choosing a different provider made all the difference.”

“DR. Walliudin Understands more than any other doctor I've had, what is really important. He is very understanding and is great at helping me focus on important goals to help me remain productive and happy. Sometimes, he will suggest strategies himself. Other times, he'll recommend outside therapy when it is probably needed. He knows how to listen to the patient and made changes that have helped me. He is not full of himself or too by the book; getting too caught up with theory( he's adaptable but knows of the dangers and pitfalls of being too hasty.”

“I was a patient of Dr. Syed Waliuddin for 10+ years and had enough. He is very unreliable, terrible communication. He has left me hanging numerous times, when trying to fill the medications he prescribed. It would typically take 1-2 days before my issues were addressed correctly. These are meds I cannot be without. Additionally, he is guaranteed to be running late, since he also works at St. Joseph's hospital and makes his rounds there first. Lastly, he always seems distracted, it was obvious he was not giving me 100% of his focus. Dr. Wally is a nice person, he just spreading himself too thin, too much on his plate. Not sure if it is greed, I like to think he just trying too hard to make a difference. I have mentioned this to him a few times over the past 18 months. As well, I have made it clear to him he needs to take care of his current patients and their medications. Well, the last two months have been the same story. Both with 2+ days delay in getting my meds. FYI, I would have to find a pharmacy with my meds and notify Dr. Wallly. Then he will only call them in at the end of the day after he has finished with all his patients. If he has a question, you lose anther day. I’ve had enough and made the change.”
