“The receptionist hung up on my boyfriend multiple times, told him it was “his fault” for missing a scheduled phone appointment even though he answered the call on time and was hung up on, continued to hang up on his calls every time we called back... he called another office and was transferred to his doc, just to be told because he was so late for his appointment he would have to reschedule 2 months out. She then said “good luck speaking to someone in person, the doors are locked” when we asked if we could come to the building to speak with a higher-up. Crazy to me how cold these people are to fellow human beings who just want help with their mental disorders. Hey, maybe a word of advice, don’t get a job in the medical field if all you care about is a check.”
