What patients say on Google

“First time I went they were great and listened to me. Second time I went they were a lot more rude and direct and basically trying to get me out the door. Your Mileage May Vary and they will definitely not let you come in more than one time. Either angels who listen or bullies who talk over you while you’re going through something difficult”
Rain Willover
“This group was horrible. Do not contact them in crisis. They make any mental health issues exponentially worse, and take no accountability for the invalidating and damaging behavior of their staff. These people should not be dealing with those in crisis. Look after yourself and look elsewhere for help. You are likely to end up worse off after interacting with this team.”
Allison McGillian
“Suzette is the goat. I was really nervous to stop in but I had a great experience. Nice, calm facility. Loved that I didn’t have to talk to 6 million people as well.”
Ellery Signor
“I would not recommend anyone use these services they’re not empathetic they don’t really care they’re just doing a job. My direct experience being a father of 2 with a wife suffering from explosive anger is they provided my wife an enabling outlet to run away with my children even after I showed their staff proof of psychological and physical abuse to both me and my children even after that they didn’t recommend she take her medication or seek therapy they instead took it upon themselves to make the judgment call of someone who was in a manic state and they provided her with a uber to a Domestic Violence Shelter in West Chester 19 W Union St under false accusations with zero evidence just blindly siding with a female with years of documented abuse she’s even been 302’d and arrested in magic kingdom Walt Disney world in the past they don’t care they don’t help they’re just doing a job and should be defunded. Try to look into social services therapy and whatever you need on your own maybe using Gemini a fast easy emotionless Ai tool by Google that will help you far more than these bad people who work here can good luck to the rest who are going through real life issues and I feel the pain of every other citizen who was let down by this office they should be defunded and the police in Exton should stop cohering and trying to force parties to interact with them. I never heard of them until dialing 911 during a mental health crisis of my wife where she became violent and suicidal in front of her children even pushing my son down on video screaming in a babies ear and punching holes into a wall right beside him every staff member from both the call center and mobile crisis team including the police responding have seen these videos and still allowed her to run away while mentally unstable to a DV shelter a lot of people should be held accountable and loss their jobs especially if something bad happens to my kid while with her in a maniac state.”
