How likely are you to recommend Valley Counseling Center?
What patients say on Google
“Less than 24 hrs prior to a scheduled appointment it was canceled without any explanation. When I called (4 times before I got a human) they said they’d email me why they canx. Seriously? Couldn’t tell me on the phone. Hours later, the email said they didn’t have a therapist that would be a good fit!?!? Absolutely appalling. It was a first appointment. How can they know if it’s a good fit. Completely unprofessional.”
“My daughter was a client for almost a year with Megan and she absolutely adored her. Megan was exactly the personality my daughter needed and was so helpful in providing her with tools too manage her anxiety. I and forever grateful. Also the office was always easy to deal with and clear with communication. I always recurved reminder emails and texts and if an appointment needed to be rescheduled I would recieve a call with a voicemail.”
“Came in for med management. After telling my medications in the first five minutes of my appointment, the doctor I saw decided to wait until the 40th minute to inform me that he would not prescribe them or continue treatment, as *his practice doesn't use medications off-label*. Meanwhile, antipsychotics are only FDA approved for short term care; it's a farce. As a bonus, the doctor violated first do no harm, having justified it as me not being a patient yet, full well knowing the effects caused by not continuing care. I am highly disappointed in this individual and in this clinic, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your time.”
“Support staff is rude and less than helpful, and some providers don't answer their emails.”
