“She is a kind and thoughtful provider. However, I did not have a positive experience with medication management. She ultimately told me she could no longer help because she could not think of any other medication options and referred me to another provider. Before the transition, she discontinued a sleep medication I had been taking for over a year. When I asked for a refill to cover the gap until my new appointment in February, she declined, stating that she was no longer my doctor. Overall, the experience was disappointing.”
