“I would give 0 stars if I could - such extremely disappointing service at the desk. We couldn't even make it into the office to be seen. We made an appointment for our son that was randomly canceled and we were transferred to a facility for cancer patients (we don't have cancer). After trying to reschedule our original appointment for our soon to receive therapy, they rudely told me that he couldn't be seen at their facility and couldn't provide a reason why. Just "i'm not sure". here's the thing, if your system has requirements, I understand that, but you should be transparent with your customers and make it seem like you care instead of saying I don't know we just can't help you and sending them away - my son needs this therapy desperately and you did nothing to help us. Shame on you. Places like this create New Patients instead of treating existing ones. If you care about your children, stay far away from this place.”

“The front desk lady is incredibly helpful, gave us an appointment for the next day! She always nice and polite. My daughter stopped going there for months due to an episode and when I called she remembered her and had no problem getting her help ASAP. 5 stars love this place.”
