What patients say on Google

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Aboustley the worst place ever! I feel worse than I did before. Patients are aggressive. Staff except the nurses are rude. Stay away!faifax hospital is much better. My mood is worse.”
Courtnay Cozine
“This place is hot garbage!! My wife and I were transported to this location. By ambulance back in may….after an extremely serious auto accident. When we got there….rather than being put in a ER room. We were placed in a back hallway away from the staff. We waited forever to receive treatment. We arrived at 8pm….and were released around 4am the next day.”

“BEWARE, get your records. THIS INPATIENT UNIT IS OPERATING INSURANCE FRAUD SCHEME. Began w/ Dr. Peresechenski at NHPA. Hospital was also Novant Health (NH). Dr. P.’s position in NH was ambiguous, included inpatient doctor. Dr. P. lied: said Lurasidone, antipsychotic, was an antidepressant. Falsified records, including interaction & symptoms, to make look legit. Not knowing lies, I asked about DMV paperwork in front of her coworkers. She perpetuated the fraud into that - but vaguely. When asking why, was open w/ her coworkers. Oh no! She rapid-fire interrupted w/ gaslighting to keep me from speaking nor herself having to answer anything. Yelled ‘STOP!’ to get in 2 words: “What condition?” She’d discussed none. Tricked me into process: admittance to inpatient. Falsified hospital’s records to ensure it. E.g. license suspended for ‘reckless driving’. She knew it false: it was her paperwork, she was proud in person, I’ve never been accused of reckless driving. ‘Not sleeping’ but I was sleeping fine, with my girlfriend (witness). None answered questions, but was twice threatened w/ cops if I tried to leave. Next: Dr. Troncone saw me on 11-minute call FROM work supervisor. Claimed “obsessed w/ phone, afraid of being cut off from world.” But cut off from world is/was my norm, was work phone given b/c I had none. Next: LPC Annis (now in Wisconsin). Couldn’t keep up adding Dr. P.’s claims; recorded almost everything wholly opposite. Claims for imprisonment so weak & vague could never justify it; said couldn’t contact Dr. P. so ‘inpatient by default’, but records contacting Dr. P. When paperwork came, unwilling to sign. Person threatened to have ‘someone from the county force you to sign’. They abused threatened signature to claim all was voluntary. I signed formal release demand ASAP: next morning. They acknowledged, made as if to counter, ‘decided’ not b/c ‘seemed compliant’ under threat, ignored. Rights breach! Dr. Moreno: said 20-min meeting = 70 mins. Interactions failed to justify what they’re doing, omitted them, mined Dr. P.’s false records, fabricated superficially plausible story of why I was there. Copy-pasted same list of diligence done in all entries, including impossible things like ‘family education’; none contacted any family. Changed claims why there to more egregious, chose things I'd been cleared of by all prior. Next: Dr. Manalai repeated prior false claims. I asked why not released. Avoided large claims, picked small claims. I debunked rapidly. I demanded, per work supervisor’s advice, to speak to ‘patients’ advocate’. Oh no! Instead, let me get girlfriend’s #, records learning from her basis for diagnosis and imprisonment were false, immediately released me. Falsified records to cover for priors. E.g.: that I’d satisfied conditions of release that I didn’t; listed 7 things ‘resolved’, most both/either never pretensed and/or impossible. E.g. ‘EtOH Withdrawal’ when all recorded I don’t drink, & blood tests over weeks show no alcohol use; ‘homicidal thoughts’ despite none recording any, didn’t exist yet. All avoided divulging false claims, leaving no sense why did it to me. Failed to gaslight me into baseless agreement. W/ no basis for sense of safety nor closure + others e.g. antipsychotics negate extinction learning signals, developed incapacitating PTSD: exacerbated ADHD to extremity, caused micro strokes, extreme anxiety, etc. ALSO falsified records of ‘groups’ - number & contents. To falsify compliance?. $23k to insurance for 5 days of this fraud. I reported to patient relations: Was lied to, sent form letter, then ghosted. Reported to VA DOHP and DOH, responses were irrelevant & illogical. Psych fraud has long-reaching implications. E.g. I’m unlikely to ever have any income again: 1. Previously scientist in renewable energy, about to start PhD; PTSD made me homeless, brain-damaged, incapable of simple tasks. 2. Falsified records negate getting CDL back. 3. SSA denied disability w/ false records of treatment of things that didn’t exist yet, but arrived with/by the PTSD.”

“Avoid the entire hospital. Can’t accommodate a simple lactose request, patient does not feel safe, unprofessional staff. ER nurse is a waste of time. Me: “BH inpatient disclosed to me BP is 180/90 and I can’t locate nurse. No one is manning front desk”. ER Nurse: “That’s not my problem”. I have names.”
