“Their business should be shut down. The whole staff is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.. they constantly gaslight you making you seem like they care, but then never follow up with you to scheduling an appointment. I called many times to schedule appointment myself, but every time I call, I could never get a hold of anyone. I have left several voice message with the hopes of someone will call me back, but I never get a call back. After escalating my issues to a manager, she promised moving forward everything would be a lot more professional. That was about two months ago and I still haven’t received a follow up from anybody.. if you’re seeking professional therapy help, I strongly recommend you go someplace else.”

Most times no one answers. When I do speak with someone they say someone will get back to me, but no one has. My prescription is empty. Either this place is terribly overwhelmed or they don’t care about their patients’ well being. Mental health is not a joke.”
