“I took my son to be seen for back pain groin problems. I have never been treated like that. The MA was not friendly the nurse was worse. The nurse came in didn't even bothered on checking on him. She just came in and said we can't do nothing for you.You need to be seen in ER. That only took 2 seconds and that's it. Thats why I always hear patients saying they hate to go to the urgent care. This was urgent and not a damn thing they did.”

“By far worst experience and customer service I have ever received. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this place or any of them at that. Went in and 5 days later symptoms aren't anywhere close to being better actually have gotten worse and been talking for 2 days trying to get something resolved. They reply is they treated me correctly and if I want to be seen again they wanted more money. Ridiculous to me.”

“Every time I use this clinic my issues are seen too as promptly as possible. Sometimes they are busy but I have to wait my turn, and I accept that. Went in today for some infection in my head, the team gave me a shot and some meds, I'm ready to kick ass again. Thanks guys!”

“Excellent care for a sprained foot. Quick x Ray , great service. Maybe consider not making everyone stand and wait to sign up. We are there because we hurt or feel bad. Update: returned with a sick granddaughter and had excellent customer service experience by everyone. The wait here sign must be a weekend thing”
