“My fiance had an appointment with them today for a long time followup. Her mental health has been getting worse and we really needed this appointment to see a professional. They cancelled on her last minute and my fiance had an anxiety attack and wrecked her vehicle. I called them explaining how she can't work and now got into this accident because of her mental health. They did not give any resolution except we had to wait another week and a half for when an appointment opens up again. She needed to be seen today and started on medication today. Bad job UTMB. I do not trust you and your judgement to provide care to my fiance anymore. Bad job.”
