What patients say on Google
“It's been over six months since I used your services and am still haunted by the name- calling. You're on your way to becoming highly successful doctors with excellent bedside manner... not. Also, you can increase a patient's medication by more than 0.00001mg without fear of adverse effects. All this place cares about is appearance, not actually helping people if they need higher doses or controlled substances. It might as well be a children's mental health clinic. Everyone was useless at attempting to reach a therapeutic dose or prescribing benzos. Thanks for labeling me BPD, then calling me a drug seeker, Dr. Gildersleeve. Of course I would be seeking drugs if I have BPD! Anyone would be... It's a miserable existence. You're all part of the problem. Choose a different field where you pathetic "medical" students aren't so incredibly useless. Maybe you can all become underwater-basket weavers. Don't bother replying. I don't want to talk to ANY of you. I'm exactly where I was 6 months ago when you ask started this charade of "treating" me. DO SOMETHING TO HELP YOUR PATIENTS. THIS CLINIC IS AN INTENSE JOKE!! I'm a "DRUG-SEEKER," and you're all CLOWNS! I bid you jokers adieu! Front desk was great at answering, not always so much at calling back.”
“Dr Joseph Hernandez is the worst. He refused to change my medication and literally said there was nothing he could do even though I’m having severe symptoms that need to be addressed. He doesn’t really want to help. I wanted to change doctors and you need the managers permission for that. The scheduling person contacted the manager and said he will get back to me but never did. Go someplace else to get the care you need.”
“It takes them 3-4 days to send my prescription to a pharmacy, and even then, they send it to the wrong pharmacy despite having the correct address in their notes. This isn’t feasible for patients.”
“Initially, everything seemed great—Dr. Matthews is an exceptional doctor, and our first appointment went well. However, after that, the facility has repeatedly canceled our appointments. Our son requires monthly evaluations, but he has only been seen once since his initial visit** UPDATE 12/25 still cancelling our appts, still no follow up, so disappointed”
