“I left a survey, but the problems that this clinic have caused me are too severe to not leave a warning for the public. I had been on a medication for 5 years, well before I started at this clinic. I had no issues at the beginning until I started having some other symptoms, not related to this medication. The doctors put me on a new medication which caused severe recurring thoughts and OCD like symptoms, but I tried to tough it out as the Doctors recommended a whole year. Six months in, the medication and some circumstances made the side effects unbearable. I decided to get off this second medication, so I let my doctors know, but I still needed my first medication (been on for 5+ years). I started to feel some extreme withdrawals, but it was better because the side effects were worse. A few weeks later, I try to refill the other medication I'm still taking. My wife and I call for the refill, and are told to wait until tomorrow because "the doctor wasn't there". So, we went on doing this for a whole week, mind you I was withdrawing from the second medication, and every time I called for to refill the med I was still on, I got the same response: "the Doctor is not here". So I start withdrawing from 2 medications at the same time, and I finally get a refill. I go to my next appointment only to find out that the Doctor WAS there the entire time, she literally said something like this to me: "I'm sorry I didn't refill your medication, I thought you were talking about the other one". Which really upset me, because the front desk were blatantly lying to my face and my wife's for an entire week, and it was the doctor pushing the staff to lie! If she was there, she should have spoken to me herself, not sent her staff to lie to me! So during this appointment, which was virtual, my phone dies in the middle of the appointment. Mind you, I was waiting for 2 hours to get seen, and actually had the appointment for 1.5 hours. Yet, the Doctors took this as an excuse to be lazy, and when I tried to get back on the call, they said "Sorry, you'll have to reschedule because your phone died". They still charged my insurance, funny enough, when I wasted an entire 3.5 hours waiting and being seen. Unfortunately, this led them not to refill my prescription, which I was already out of and beginning to withdraw from. Instead, the Doctors wanted to put me on MORE medications, even though they CAUSED my problem to begin with! I decided it was enough, and did not want any medications at all. This was a bad decision, but the alternative (adding more medications), I could tell were far worse. A month later, the fatigue, cold sweats, muscle pain, vomiting, and nausea all begin. I know it's a withdrawal, but I try to be tough. I ended up losing my job due to making a critical mistake. I blame the clinic, because the medication I was taking for years, the one they refused to refill, was my only way to function, and the took it away from without even tapering the dose. So, I lost my job. I went back to the clinic to try to get back on the medication, since it was the only thing that actually worked for me for the last 5 years, and the doctor refused. Instead, she insisted I get an another medication. I am no idiot, I have worked with medications and know that the type of medication she wanted me on were going to WORSEN my fatigue, NOT help. I needed the medication I was on because I was withdrawing severely and needed to get my life back on track. But they insisted I get on MORE medications, when their medications started my problems to begin with! They did not want to hear me, so in the end, I said I don't want anything from you people because you caused this. I didn't want to leave this review, but I am STILL suffering from what this clinic has done to me. I have the firm belief that this clinic is doing the following: pushing pharmaceuticals for profit; placing people on medications they don't need to put them on more medications; or blatantly ignoring patient complaints for their own benefit.”
“I’ve been a patient at this clinic for about 2 years now. I have always felt cared about, heard, and taken care of. Dr. Finke is always helpful and responsive when I’m not able to get an appointment, or have questions about medications.”
“This place gets a ZERO … they denied me mental health services because I have an outstanding balance of $38. The receptionist was very rude. They don’t care about helping people with mental illness.. they just care about the money. My medical insurance covers 100% of my treatment, I have no co pay or financial obligation at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY”
