UPSING TELEPSYCHIATRY SERVICES

“Firstly, I never write reviews but felt the need to do so as another clinical in the field. I wanted to support them so badly but they are extremely unprofessional and conduct unethical behavior as clinicians. My appointment was cancelled so I called to reschedule. They informed me that my clinician had left the practice and then stated they couldn’t do anything and did not provide any referrals. I was left to scramble & find someone who could provide a refill for my medication until I could find a new psychiatrist.”

She takes the time to listen to my concerns and works collaboratively with me to develop a treatment plan tailored to my specific needs. “Had my appointment on the 25th. Still haven't got my meds. I've called 4 times, and finally after 2 days they answered. Telling me I have to wait another week for my meds. Also stated that I didn't call. I've never had a problem with prior authorization. It never takes this long. Okah so let's go forward a couple weeks to now. Called yesterday saying I was having hallucinations and that I was going an outpatient program. Didn't get a call til today 06/20/2023. But they just wanted to make sure my appointment was canceled. Not concerned for me or my safety. When it was Dr Kelley Singletary who told me to stop an antipsychotic without tapering off and starting a new one. The depression I have felt is unreal. I can't even tell which meds are doing what because too much change happened at one time. I've gotten nothing but worst from seeing her. And it's only been since Feb or March of 2023 that I've been a patient. Also good luck getting ahold of anyone there. So thank you upsing. Never once had a hallucination in my LIFE! Never have I had a problem with prior authorization. Never had a psychiatrist tell me to stop a med cold turkey unless it made me severally suicidal.”

“I have never in my life worked with such a poorly run, unprofessional medical practice. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office - have to leave multiple messages days in a row to even get a call back; like pulling teeth to get them to send in your prescriptions on time and overall just a complete mess of a business who couldn't care less about their patients. Hey, go ahead and try them. But when you inevitably run into headache after headache just remember - I tried to warn ya.”
