“I took work off and live outside of town and my appointment when I got there had been canceled for my doctor being sick. There was no notice given to me via email, phone call, or text. Was only given the option to reschedule a few more weeks in advance wasn't even offered a different doctor to be seen. Communicate with your patients better.”

“My son went on a Friday night after falling off scooter to have his wrist examined. Radiology took an X-ray said they would call on Monday as they could not read it. Called on Tuesday to say it was =broken and that they would call him to have it relooked at. NO call no follow up. Now 3 weeks later it is casted.”

“I have gotten my ADHD meds here for a few years, for which I have to take a monthly drug screen. About half of the time they mess something up, be it checking me in for my STANDING LAB ORDER, literally not doing the actual drug test so I have to go back and re-test, or the communication with my downstate doctor, resulting in me not getting my meds on time. I also did not like my doctor here.”

“I have been going here for the last 4 years. I choose this place because it is close to my house. While the medical care is ok. I find the most frustrating thing is the reception staff and lack of communication. It is very difficult to schedule an appointment. I am in able to ever get a same day appointment and am forced to go to a local urgent care 30 miles away. Referrals to specialists take over six months to complete. If there were other options close to my home I would take them.”
