“Really disappointed in this place. Finally found a therapist I liked. But she/this office don't seem to understand I have health conditions that sometimes kept me from my appointments. I always tried to reschedule in advance but with my health condition there would be days I would call the day of. While I understand they like a 24hr notice, people with health issues can never tell when they are going to feel bad. Called this morning to reschedule a appointment I had a week and a half from now, only to be told I've been marked that if I miss this appointment she's dropping me as a client. I had to reschedule due to the STATE scheduling me a appointment for a different doctor at the same time that I can not miss. Very disappointed in this office. The clients that come to see you have issues not just mentally but physically and to just be dropped like trash is appalling. They don't care about the clients, just the money. Don't waste your time here like I did.”
