What patients say on Google
“My wife went there because she was at a law in her life and feeling very depressed. She was hooked on opioids due to a doctor prescribing her them for three years and seek help here. After they admitted her they treated her like a prisoner. She has two major underlying health conditions that both me and her mother called and expressed to them several times. They brushed both of us off until she lost a total of 30 pounds. I finally had to call our governor and several health officials to get her the treatment that she needed please do your research before you send somebody here our experience was the worst we’ve ever had and I feared for her life in there”
“I have been going to see Dr. Wilcox for about ,9 years. This isn't about him at all. I have been having a very difficult time with my metal health. The week of October 27th I was having probably my worst since my last hospitalization I called on Tuesday to see if I could get some help. Dr. Wilcox always has my best interest . I needed a therapist. I called 3 days later to see if there was a therapist. I was getting pretty low in my life. The secretary I talked to had no compassion. She basically left a message saying I couldn't see a therapist til Feb. She didn't ask me one time if I was suicidal. She said call this number for a little depression. Well I was suicidal. She didn't even ask if I wanted to get on a list for therapy. She just said unfortunately there is no one. She said call Sue Degroot. I don't see her no more to the fact she was sharing my personal information to other clients. Fortunately I have a friend staying with me for a few days to make sure I don't hurt myself. I will be making a appointment with Dr . Wilcox. Hopefully you will get the front desk people more knowledgeable and more compassionate when it comes to metal health”
“I have received help from both inpatient and outpatient programs. Both are excellent. Inpatient the staff are wonderful, caring and very encouraging. Nicole, PA, Dr. Wilcox and Dr. Gamber, Psychiatrists, are just amazing, ethical and very trustworthy professionals. Because of them, I've Got This whole mental health thing under my control. Thank you everyone.”
