What patients say on Google

“My son and I both see Dr. Cooper, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team. Every experience we’ve had has been positive from start to finish. Dr. Cooper is kind, compassionate, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and care. As a parent, it means everything to feel supported and understood, especially when it comes to mental health care for your child. She always makes us feel comfortable, never rushed, and explains everything thoroughly. The office staff is also always welcoming, professional, and helpful. I’m incredibly grateful we found Dr. Cooper and her team. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, quality psychiatric care for themselves or their child.”

“DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE FOR YOU. Look at these reviews. They treat you like a drug addict, which is crazy because if you treat people like this who truly need meds... How do you treat the addicts you're "helping"? I think this whole building needs a rehiring spree. All the way up to the office manager.”

“I was diagnosed with ADHD by their offices and when I went for my medication appointment, they were trying to treat depression and anxiety when I just wanted medication for ADHD. It has been three years and I still have not had my ADHD medication. Recently I had to go for an appointment somewhere else and I talked to them about psychiatry, not giving me medication for ADHD and they thought that I still needed to get tested. They are very unorganized and will not treat what you actually came there for. I called again to get ADHD medication and now they’re saying their appointments are backed up until March. Now I am going to a different facility. Not having that ADHD medication for three years was very detrimental to me and now I’m at the point where I can’t even wait three months. This is a horrible facility all around and Get healthcare elsewhere! Avoid any UTMC facility because none of them know how to do their Jobs”

“This is one of the most unprofessional offices I've ever experienced. The way they treat people who have any sort of mental health issue in unacceptable. And NO ONE answers the phone. They forgot to refill my child's meds and there was no way to reach the office. The voicemail was full and so my child had to go without meds, which caused horrible side effects. Do NOT go anywhere near this office.”
