“Best mental health experience i’ve ever had in Rochester new York please avoid c-pep at all costs and take your children here or to galisano pediatric center for help please i’ve been through almost all of the mental places in Rochester struggling with intense panic attacks and these folks have really helped me manage it and stay up-to-date present, happy safe and healthy.”

“THEY DO NOT HELP YOU AT AGE 18 **UNLESS YOU ARE STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL!!** The staff were nice and friendly but their website needs an update. They sent me out immediately for not being in high school/graduated despite turning 18 a month ago. Please do not go here if you are 18 and seek help. It’s a shame that 18 year olds cannot get the mental health help they need, especially considering they are still teenagers. I will always find it strange that pediatric help goes up until 21 in the hospital, but only 17 here.”
