What patients say on Google

“My medicine management provider abandoned me and told me she can no longer see me after I called about having bad side effects to a new drug. A couple visits ago she suggested IOP, implying it wasn't mandatory, but now they're forcing me to enroll in IOP to continue my treatment which I've told them multiple times I can't afford/don't have the schedule or time for. I'm in a worse mental state because of them”

“If I could rate 0 stars I would. They make you appointments for when the provider isn’t even in office (how is that possible?!) They don’t call you back to let you know your appointment is going to be unavailable and then leave you without medication you need with zero apology, explanation, or resources. I’m surprised someone under their care hasn’t seriously hurt themselves for their lack of communication with appointments and medications. This place is garbage and should be ashamed to say they are a mental health facility.”

“UH Behavioral Health has a policy: no controlled substances for anyone who uses "street drugs" including marijuana. We just voted to legalize it; their bureaucracy does not care. I was just denied medical care for adult ADHD for choosing to exercise a perfectly legal right. Save your copay and don't bother getting out of bed; their doctors aren't ALLOWED to help you.”

“Received an appointment reminder at 4:02pm on a Friday for a Monday 9:30am appointment. Called at 4:05pm on that same Friday to verify what the appointment was for and they were already on the answering service which refused to assist me. So, if I don't attend this supposed appointment or call on Monday to reschedule I'm sure they won't hesitate to charge me. So much for being there to help the patients.”
