“Nickol in the lab was amazing and got my blood drawn even though my veins are a PITA!”
Rob Alford
“The only reason this isn't a one star review is because my primary care physician was amazing and one of the best doctors I've ever had. Unfortunately, I can't even get in to see them because of 6+ month wait times. An appointment I've been waiting months for has been rescheduled twice (the second time on the day of), downgrading from a full-length in person visit all the way to a 15-minute virtual call. It is very dehumanizing and stressful. I highly reccomend looking elsewhere if you are in need of regular care.”

“Jan. update: And now I am being tagged with MORE false bills. Five months later. This clinic/provider NEVER gets their billing snafus resolved. Never. More of my time is going to be wasted and I am never going back to this provider. I wish I could award negative stars. Later January update: And today I received a NEW wrong bill because they can't process insurance claims correctly. This NEW bill doesn't even have my correct BC/BS coverage noted! No one involved in this organization has a clue what they're doing! Now I've got TWO wrong bills to resolve. I'm cancelling all future physical therapy appt.s, I have no choice. Might as well start lining up a lawyer, too, cause this is becoming sheer stupidity and evolving into harassment. ***** Unbelievably poor administration. I get surprise bills long after the fact because they never have been able to process my insurance correctly (first it was BC/BS, then Medicare/Medicare Advantage and they have yet to get that change sorted out). Every time I have been there, there is a bunch of confusion about paperwork and forms and no matter how many times I provide my documentation and ID cards they still can't process these visits correctly, or code correctly, or whatever the problem is. Just got another bill today that is completely unwarranted. Before I ever went in for a simple referral (which they and UW System forced me to get before I could make an appt. with a specialist) I called up ALL my insurance providers and admins and in advance made SURE this visit was covered. And now I get a bill for this visit anyway, over three months after the fact. I'm going to have to be on the phone all day (again) tomorrow to get this resolved, and that only means having to phone out-of-town offices, sit on hold, get shuffled around , get passed on to some other office or dept. It never ends with these clowns. Not gonna pay another penny to these incompetent people and will be looking for a new set of physicians ASAP. There are some good doctors here but they never have a clue about payments and can't tell you anything about them or want to get involved. They are never up front about costs or coverages and heaven help you if they "code" something in the wrong way or it's misinterpreted by some bean-counter someplace else. Some of the lab techs are less than careful -- I had a hideously painful blood draw once that struck a nerve and left my arm in severe pain from the elbow to the wrist for months. Never experienced a thing like that before.”

“Dr. Gomez-Goldman, the other clinicians, and the entire staff here are all excellent and very kind. Dr. Gomez-Goldman is a good listener and really takes time with her patients, and today I had a great experience with one of the nurses (I believe her name was Jennifer maybe?). She worked to squeeze me into one of the physicians' full schedules for a same-day appointment to treat a minor but incredibly annoying acute issue, when UW Health told me they wouldn't be able to fit me in for 6 (!!) months. Grateful for the staff here!”
