“Would give less than one star if I could. Have been going here for some time, the two providers they set me up with have left and are no longer associated with Unity. Apparently, when your provider leaves, your on your own until they can set up an appointment with someone else (several weeks), so if you don't have enuf refills on your meds, your screwed. Have asked to speak with whomever is in charge.......was put through to Cindy and of course, got her voice mail ......not going to hold my breath waiting for a call back. So.....my questions are 1. Why do their providers keep leaving? And 2. Why aren't their patients a priority?”

“I want to give Mrs. Kara, Ms. Becky, Ms. Lettie, and her front desk staff their flowers. My son has made wonderful progress that wouldn't have happened without those I just mentioned. Ms. Lettie has even given my son her child's appointment slot because my son was in crisis and needed an appointment immediately. The reason for the ONE STAR is because their billing lady Ashleigh is HORRIBLE!! I was overcharged at an appointment and when I made her aware of it she said she would look into it. I ended up calling her because she NEVER CALLED ME almost 3 months later asking her for an update. She treated me like the money I was asking for was NOTHING! She is not pleasant to speak to. Fast forward to today 4/9/2026. My son was referred to this place by his pediatrician with ALL 3 of my son's insurances in 2024. I have been paying for each visit because Ashleigh never put his Medicaid into their system even though it was in the referral. I have been paying at each visit and was even overcharged because of her negligence. It wasn't until I asked to be referred to another facility that a "credit" was given to my account. Unity is such a pleasant place but this type of ball drop is unacceptable. If you choose them WATCH OUT for their billing person. Maybe ask if there is someone else.”

“CAUTION : Do Not Use This Office I transferred my son here expecting better, more attentive care, but our experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. A medication change prescribed at this clinic caused severe behavioral and psychological changes that were completely out of character for him. It took months to stabilize and recover. When I raised serious concerns, the response lacked urgency, accountability, and clear support. I was also told I must personally call every 25 days to ensure prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy between visits. This places the responsibility on families instead of the provider properly managing ongoing care, which is both frustrating and unacceptable. Communication with staff has been inconsistent and, at times, dismissive. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the level of care and oversight provided here. Parents trust medical professionals to make careful, informed decisions regarding their children’s health. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic and would strongly urge families to carefully consider their options before choosing care here.”

“So grateful for Unity! Lettie worked hard and diligently to get us established, she truly is amazing! Therapist, Ryan, is just who was needed, great communication and easy to talk to! Office staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!”
