What patients say on Google

“After 4 months of going, they gave me a bill for $750… after telling me everything was good and they have others on the same insurance as me. Ultimately caused more stress than what I originally went there for. EDIT TO ADD: My first visit was 07/02/25 and my first billing statement was posted 12/05/25 for $806, which increased after I had already stopped going and posted my original review. SECOND EDIT TO REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT: Yes, insurance can be frustrating, but I was assured at every visit for four months that my insurance was good, other people you see with the same insurance were covered and you did not need any more information from me. Down the line I found out that wasn’t true and you didn’t have the correct information, so that is your staff’s fault. If you have someone coming in and asks to double check their information is correct, your staff should be able to tell them while in office and not after months of reassurance. Have a second staff member look if needed, don’t just say it’s all good. I also received a letter from my insurance company saying you should not be asking me for money, yet my balance remains the same. I feel lied to and conned by Unite and actively tell people about my experience and strongly recommend against going here.”
