“These people are jokes. You try to get an appointment and they ask you multiple times why do you want to get an appointment. Well obviously I would just like to speak to a counselor, well what do you need to speak to a counselor for???? Are you kidding me. it's 21 questions to try an get an appointment. Forget it, I don't need to talk to anyone.”

“The Fact team is a joke. Both of my case managers don't answer phones, return calls and cancel appointments at the very last second. A couple of times, I've called because they were late and they had no clue about an appointment. Everyone complains they're overbooked and understaffed. Until today I haven't had any contact with both of my case managers for over 30 days. I couldn't get the help I needed on a Saturday because no one would answer their phone all week. No empathy whatsoever and have the nerve to take up social work.”

“Unison Health is amazing!! especially Ms Tequila Smith! shes passionate about helping people better theirselves and it shows in her work. she was able to help me with services in housing, dental, eye doctor, finding a physician, etc.. give that lady a pay raise!! seriously, if you need help finding any services, go to unison health the cherry street location, they'll help you out with everything you need.. its good to know some people actually care about helping people change their lives.”
