What patients say on Google
“I have been seeing Carol Krieger for years now. She is so kind, understanding and aware. I have never had a dr that I feel as safe and comfortable with my care. I can't say enough good things about her, i know I'm in good hands. The staff is also wonderful. Everyone I've dealt with has been great. Unison health has been excellent.”
“I absolutely love Shelby Montez! She is an amazing psychiatrist and has helped me so much. The staff is also very kind!”
“Pleasant enough staff. A failure of a practice. Made worse by the fact that this is a MENTAL health practice. When making initial appointment, Was given erroneous information regarding the qualifications of the staff. Would not even had made the first appointment. Second appointment didn't even happen. Showed up to it. But it never happened due to office confusion. Opted to not schedule a third appointment. I can waste my time in much better ways. Realized Unison appears to operate as a 'Big box' therapy store. And was treated as such.”
“It’s been absolutely heartbreaking to watch my daughter endure months of panic attacks and the psychiatric med management nurse, Shelby, does nothing except increase meds that aren’t working and making her feel worse. She has taken meds in the past that work and make her a functional person, but they refuse to prescribe them. I have no idea why. It’s been like slow torture. If I had known that there were other much better options, we would have sought them out months ago. Please try other options and possibly unison as a last resort if you can’t get help literally anywhere else. She’s an adult, but as a mother, I still feel powerless to do anything to help her feel okay again. She comes back from appointments in tears because her words and emotions are completely ignored. Unison is not the place to go for an individual with anxiety. We walk through every appointment and what is said. She’s simply ignored.”
