“Edit to include details. My stepson who has autism was a patient for therapy services. He had an appointment for a visit which was later changed for whatever reason by your staff. Well, since he has Autism he just agrees to whatever. But he is under our care and cannot make decisions on his own in these regards. And since qe were on vacation, the time you switched to wouldn't work out. His mother called into the office and left a message for someone to call us back so we can do a zoom visit instead. We specifically asked to call us back. Me or his mother. No one ever called us back. Unbeknownst to us, someone from the office called him instead. Him not knowing what's going on said that he's not supposed to do a zoom. But bo one called us back like we SPECIFICALLY asked when we called to confirm if the zoom can happen. And we would have my stepson son ready So the following day we get charged an extra $110 or so for a missed appointment. I call several times as well as my wife to discuss the situation. But there's NEVER anyone answering phones. You only get to leave a voicemail. We left several voicemail and no call back NOTHING. Speaking to a person in that place is impossible. Unless you dispute the charges. Then they won't stop calling you. Leaving not so happy voicemails. They didn't call my stepson that time. Our experience is unacceptable. Communication is horrible and comes off as rude and disrespectful. Not to mention the root of the mishap. We moved him to a better place locally who actually communicates well and always has someone who answers the phones. In the end the dispute for the $110 was reversed and I had to pay for it. I had to pay for the incompetence of the staff. And will not recommend this place to anyone.”
